A medication review gives you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a pharmacist to review your prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and supplements. The goal is to help ensure your medications are working effectively and being taken safely and correctly. During the review, our pharmacists can help identify medication-related issues such as side effects, interactions, unnecessary medications, or gaps in therapy. We can also answer your questions, simplify complex medication routines, and help support your health goals through personalized care and education.
